What practices is it reasonable to expect that EVERY teacher will have in place by the end of the first 1:1 year?
Can we generate a list of tools that everyone should have tried?

post some assignments- major and long term
post learning targets
youtube links
try at least one assessment
kids submit something on blackboard
post lesson plan in case teacher absent (will our subs be net book and netiquette trained also?)
we need to establish the minimum blackboard requirements/lesson planning...
announcement tool- due dates, test dates, etc.
will students look at blackboard grade book or power school? what will blackboard gradebook be used for?

by when must everyone have adopted our "netiquette"?
by the close of this school year so that we can all be prepared for the upcoming school year, maybe a pilot run school year
at the start of the year for class specific items

what are some ways besides share sessions at faculty meetings that we can learn and grow together effectively?

share, learn, grow in a wiki (break out rooms)
small subject area groups for flex?
live classroom
virtual in-service day- stay at home and learn
group to check in with teachers to see where they are at individually
teachers just need time together to work on developing and learning

what if a colleague is really struggling--how do we support that colleague/ how can they reach out--to whom????
mentors (maybe like for new teachers)
workshops for flex
designated "go to" people in building
professional development blended school class- tutorials built in
